I don't think from my experience that anyone would need to go overseas to develop their career tremendously within Australia. There's a very strong history of creativity and advertising everybody kind of knows each other's work it might have changed in recent years but you kind of know what's going on and you want to be competitive there's a lot of jealousy if you look at some of the websites on the forums or then the juniors coming up.
