The Shadow of the New Age
As a playwright, i found disillusionment with the new age and more of an interest in perhaps the type of enlightenment that that we trace back to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries in europe. My real love is mythology. I remember once, probably when i was about 24 or 25, walking in manhattan with my ther and asking him why he raised me with no religion. We do come to these more intellectualized conversations at times. But they are rooted in an an extreme love.
