Guasha for Lymphedema
Grisca has lymphedema in her face, neck, chest and arms from both chemotherapy and a double mastectomy. Her hands are arthritic so she cannot do self massage for an effective amount of time. Jolenta says Guasha already makes self massage much easier and more importantly, more enjoyable.
