CNN's John Defterios says the U.S. is not doing what it must to prepare for a decisive decade. The National Defense Strategy will likely set up an increase in military spending, he says. But there are still questions about how much money should be spent on defense and other areas of national security. "I'm with you. I could see asking for $12 billion for the PDI," defterios says.
