When we sit down to create information, we think that we cannot add much to what's already out. Yet the way that we build that information makes a massive difference. Our tone of voice, our choice of graphics, the way we summarize everything can make a huge difference in how clients feel about us. As creators are content, we need to understand that clients are waiting to hear our tone of voice or an example that moves them ahead.
