Upwork is great when you first get started because it teaches you a lot of things like how to sell work. However, what Upwork is not really going to let you do is make a couple hundred thousand dollars a year. So for me, that's Caddalint. They're based out in Boston, phenomenal phenomenal company. It's basically the same model as Upwork of their connecting consultants with clients.
