Blockchain and the Future of Computing

I think there's a lot of promise in blockchain in web three, for solving problems in new ways that are better than existing web two solutions. If we could get a decentralized world computer that can offer compute hosting storage, essentially everything that you need, that feels like it would be a massive win for society. You know, give control back to the people, give people true digital ownership of their assets,. have data privacy built in, give people better control over their digital identities. Like the whole promise of web three, I think is what's pulling me in.
