It's a landlord's market. They can stipulate what they want. I mean, you hear things about them wanting so much money up for rent or that sort of thing? Yeah, look, we've actually just achieved an offer today on a flat to local and quantable road where we've got a year up front on rent. Someone has offered a year's rental. So how much is that? I think that was at £2,000 a month. So that was £24,000. And even then, the landlord's still allowing other viewings to happen.
