Into the Boiling Water With the Pasta
You put spinach in the boiling water with the pasta. And then, when it's one minute less than it says on the packet, you get your colander out. You want to toast some walnuts and pine nuts while they're going on. While that's going on, you want to get the pesto out of the fridge or covered wherever it is. Then, you want a clear vegan green pesto. Delicious. Oh, I love it.
