Is There a Difference Between Adults and Children?

The number of studies involving women has grown and there's a lot of good people working in that space now. The ergogenic effect will depend on your starting level of muscle creatine, how large of an increase you get. There are a few well done studies of creatine supplementation in adolescents. But I'm looking for an emotional age or a maturation age if people like that term. And I really don't like the idea of supplements before proper training, proper sleep, proper nutrition.
