There isn't enough yet to know, like, how to choose which one is right for you. If there's an ideological or just a time demand component that then is hindering these other relationships, that's when this thing is starting to pervade more and more parts of your life. Don't make anyone else the ultimate arbiter of what doesant doesn't work for you. There's some encouraging studies about, like, no less than 30 minutes a day might improve sleep. But it's not a given that meditation improves sleep. And in monastic environments, usually you want to sleep as little as possible because austerity is as lauded as a virtue.
