The Housing Market: A Different Ecosystem
Ivy: We're in a very different market today. Are we not as it relates to the overall macro fundamentals? I think if anything, we kind of see it as for the housing market as housing is actually looking relatively pretty good. Ivy: In that ecosystem, there's obviously the home builders, they're the brokerage firms. But my thinking is it'll be a very long time before Rocket ever gets back to volumes that they had in 2021.
