Going into this war, they were probably at very low manning levels. The over force might have been, you know, somewere ten to 15 thousand strong. What a these two army corps that belong to deneskin and luganska people's republics, what they offer in terms of man power. And i guess this is just the way the russian forces organized and led differently than ours.
