The Convention of States and the Committee of States
There was a compromise reached on the Wake County Commission bill that was sponsored by Representative Aaron Pray. She wants to have Wake County Commission elections where they are in their districts. I find that to be in poor taste when a group does that. It's usually not how legislators work. A couple other bills I just wanted to highlight. There is a bill that would impose tougher penalties for those who damage substations. That's from the more county attack in December.
