In the beginning stages of this work. anybody coming into the room just, you know, cold from the outside is going to it's going to look almost like a staged insane asylum. So there's no holding back so that you can really begin opening up to the larger playing field of your own humanity and what you're capable of experiencing. People get bored with the very important point the boredom point. It often coincides with the motives why people do this work. Oftentimes in the beginning stages when they first come into the work they discover something. Kind of amazing is that the work actually gets them high.
