What's the Biggest Challenge for a Media Company?

The biggest challenge is I would say it would be consistent growth. The recognition that even though our bread and butter is negotiation trainings, that's the thing that brings in revenue. And now we have the team and the capacity to grow in that in a way that I've always envisioned but never was able to do myself.
