Katlyn: I know as a learner like growing up in my K through 12 experience, I hated group work because I always ended up being the one who did the most work. So then how can we ensure each learner is doing their part when it comes to collaborative work? Katlyn: There needs to be a pretty consistent self assessment routine following any kind of collaboration. And that could be self plus peer assessment. She says students realize it's your job to participate in these moments and be a contributor.
