Having a Hit List of Potentially Two Thousand Clients
As long as you can have a hit list of potentially, like, two thousand customers to go after, that's a business. I think one of the challenges when i talk to a lot of other agency owners, is that they've gotten themselves too far down the road of having this broad set of services. It's really hard to all cut off 99 of your own arms to keep the thing running with one. So i'm really curious to hear if youor anybody's met, like, agency owners who have gone the other direction and really niche down.
