Is the Financial Market Rigged Against the Small Investor?

A lot of the unhappiness with the current system kind of culminated with this, the event an robin hood disableed. But do you think that, very clearly, that is true, like the financial, the traditional fnation market is rigged against the small investor? I wouldn't say it's rigged, per sey, i think rigs is a tough word to prove, but i think that the structure assumes certain things, right?
