The Benign Process of Thyroid Gland Compression on the Trachea

An older man has developed a massive effect from his thyroid that was compressing his trachea. He'll unfortunately have to keep sleeping up for a little while until we can get him into endocrine surgery who will consider debulking the thyroid. But yeah, I think it was a very, very enlightening case of one which you couldn't see the pathology until you've reproduced something small.
