The Importance of Alignment
I think about the term alignment a lot. Alignment is to make sure that we're on the same page. And if we are, let's just really crush it and kill it. My discontentment there isn't not just that I'm gonna get results. But it tells me that they're not where they could be. Everybody exposed to the right set of circumstances wants to be successful. A lot of people don't find it in life. If it's not here and I can't provide that, I want somebody to find that somewhere else.
