The act of following your breath for five to ten minutes a day will allow you to reduce this or fear that we're all feeling right now. I worry that some of the reporting ound meditationn and science has been a little bit irresponsible or overblown. The research around meditationis very much in its early stages. Its been going on for 10, 15, 20 years. It's really ramped up in huge ways now, but it's still early days. But where the research is the strongest is around anxiety and depression. That's really where it's the strongest.
