i've been in therapy since i was six years old. For certain people, i actually think therapy is quite necessary a but i the over use of this ya like a shiftingit. And all therapy is different, but there is this a great deal of it that seeks to blame your problems everywhere but yourself. It's never, never exactly worked in human history. Unless unless the place whre you're placing your problems and asking for forgiveness and help, is a in in god. You know, whatever religion you may be, may be into a therapist.
