How to Communicate With a Lowly Layman Like Me

He was the most approachable person. He never argued or said you're wrong or anything. It's a skill that he was blessed with that a lot of people aren't blessed with. The ability to take knowledge and parse it into articulated back into layman's terms is what resonates with so many of us. I'm curious, did you stress like I did when you wrote him the first time? Did it take you an hour plus to craft that perfectly worded email before you send it to him? That's what I did. But again, I quickly learned to get over that because he could care less.
