Todas and the Greenspan Conundrum

The federal reserve is potentially at a point where they feel the need to try to control inflation. And in doing so, they could kind of make same policy error that we saw leading up to housing bubble. It seems to me that the circumstances are just completely different from the 19 seventies and we shouldn't expect the same outcome.
