When you're working in nine to five, you can definitely take things personally if it's i directed at you. When a customer does something like they return something, and ou know that they just borrowed it, or they they broke it and they returned it to you, you take it more personally cause it is your bank account. It's harder to separate personal from business when your business is so close to you personally. But what i love about reselling, the most of it all, is the potential. And weno, there's a lot.
