I can't find one behavioral science expert out there in the many dispersed throughout the world whose model explains everything about why humans do what they do because that's the nature of academia. So we've created our own behavioral science model, a nine action factor model. We're sort of using all the different insights from the great academic experts we've got, but plugging all their theories together. Those factors are always on in your teeth, well, in your life, in your team, in your organization. If we understand what the nine factors are, and they're responsible for all the positives that's going on and all the negative stuff, if we understand what they are, we can get better
