Sometimes feelings and thoughts that come to you aren't always rooted in truth. So if you feel unworthy, what is the opposite of that? You are worthy. Sometimes you have to literally take authority over those thoughts and feelings because they're not from you. And it comes back to like sometimes your feelings according to that definition, like they are perceptions but is that perception true? Not all perceptions, not all feelings are true.
We live in a culture that often prioritizes feelings above all else. And although it's important to tap into your emotions and be human, it's equally as important to know when you should (or shouldn't) listen to your feelings. Sometimes you might feel incapable or unworthy, but is that true? No, because feelings aren't always rooted in truth.
