The Irish government announced a $1.2 billion energy assistance program where businesses can claim up to $10,000 per month to offset higher energy bills. In Ireland, they're also raising gas and electricity rates, in fact, by 49% starting this month. The Netherlands just announced that last month's inflation rose to 17% mostly because of energy prices.
