Rutgers is a very left leaning school. I don't think there's anything I can imagine that's more rewarding and productive than being part of a labor leader in one of the most militant sectors in the country right now. The people who had led it were like,I did my time. I'm out. Who wants to take it next? Hot potato. It was bloodless, but I do think we put a lot of effort into finding other people that are aligned with willing to do the work"
