How to Take Care of Your Skin
I feel like the bare minimum routine that you can do is like a cleanser, a moisturizer, and SPF. It will make you feel so luxurious first thing in the morning because you're taking time out of your day to really take care of yourself. Not only that, but you're going to just have glowing skin. I love ice rolling and guacheying my face. If you don't already know about it, doing a lymphatic drainage massage helps relieve any swelling by helping the lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. Guacheying helps promote blood flow to the areas being scraped, which can help reduce pain and stiffness.
