I'm a knowledge as power, not an ignorance as bliss kind of person. And i've experimented with either a number of methods of measuring my mybi markers. I found that on days that i would fast, having my lentils at the end of the day would result in a really significant spike in my gluces levels which is problematic over the long term. But i also found, ready curiously, that if i ate galab gaman, which is a type of pacisthani doughnut with a rose sugar sauce, i wouldn't see that much of a post brandy or spike in my blaglucos levels 20 or 30 minutes later.
