How Did You Create a Fellow's Programme?

You gave young scientists a lot of latitude. Why? I was learning from my own experience that given resources and freedom, a young scientist ill can find his or her own pathway. And i wanted an opportunity for young people to get into their own pathways. This seems like really porte unti my twenties. But you usedyour accomplishments, your stature, a, to start this independent institute. One of the things he did that i've read about was creating this fellow's programme where you gave a lot of young scientists a much more free-flowing environment.
