This week marks six years since the fire that tore through Grenville Tower. The government began to test cladding across the country and found countless blocks had combustible materials covering their walls. This was now a national crisis unfolding before all of us. It is costing the government an estimated 10 billion pounds, billion with a B, just to remove the combustible cladding from around 10,000 buildings that have been discovered to have it.
