I would make sure that everyone out there listening is understand the vocabulary of and the language. on assistance like we were talking about SOPs standard operating procedures. I love to see restaurant or bartending experience way down on the list you know in terms of their career trajectory. It's a two-step process and so the first step is actually seeing the hard experience on their resume slash LinkedIn profile. If they agree with our idea of being a modern assistant versus a legacy assistant, if they're showing us that we give them a shot then we'll partner them with a client.
