How Did You Become Interested in Markov Processes?
Troy Bell: I'm trying to envision how did you do the jump from focusing your research studies on Markov processes to networks of them. What was the event that sparked your interest into networks of these kind of models?Bell: After my PhD, I had a postdoc in Australian National University and he was in Brisbane. And there's a funny story about how we met. But anyway, so that's how the book got started as a meeting there.
