Brightlak: You are not at fault, but you're always going to feel mortified because you are the representative of this institution that has failed at its most basic duty. And so there's nothing that you did wrong. Brightlak: The people who got mad at you, they're responding inappropriately, but they'r responding appropriately to the institution. "We don't really like to get angry at systems, jaden. We like toget angry at people, especially servers," he says.
