Is Russia Holding Back Volumes?

I was going to ask you, i was going to put you on the spot and say, is russia holding back volumes, or are they just meeting what was their contractual obligations? In other words, could europe order more from russia and russia it will comply. I think the problem is that, of course, russia is also, right, no, to some extent, a monopoly. So if you're a monopoly, you don't really want to flow the market with too much of your products. And then there are some kind of security implications there.
