Do You Have a Heavy Teaching Load?
The cycle of burnout that is I think very common inside of academia can be alleviated by job crafting or like as I say, designing your career. A lot of times people who have a heavy teaching load are looking over and like, wow, I wish I was at a place that they would buy out my time then I would be able to write. And so if you want more publications, the solution is job crafting. Like not teaching does not solve the publication problem. That is not the only solution or like the magical solution.
