How to Quit a Company on a Death March

A listener writes in, thanks for doing the podcast. When and how do you quit a company that is on a death march? Normally, I would just quit, but I've recently been promoted to team lead. There's also a certain level of camaraderie among the devs. If so, you should not quit. Why not? Because you'll die. The only thing keeping you alive is the march.
