The FBI and the FBI Shared a Classified Document and Envelope

A reporter from the intercept handed both the classified document and the envelope it was sent in to someone in the intelligence community. She said later she wasn't really thinking about how the document might be traced back to her. The NSA could see that only six people printed the document from a classified server, and reality was one of them.
