Is Religion at Its Best?
A big difference I see from organized religion is the question of whom it's for, right? That the wellness seems to always be about improve yourself. And religion at its best is how can you go serve your co-religionist or humanity at large? You find a lot of people who are sort of cherry picking from different religions and kind of customizing their own faith but they never seem to pick charity or community outreach. They always pick the things that really kind of serve themselves. So it becomes a self oriented spirituality.
