China's 'Sick Man of the World'
China has suffered, by far and away, the worst crisis since the beginning of the reform period. The number of deaths per capita in china is maybe two orders of magnitude greater than those that have gone on in united states. A which may be repressive and does not respect human rights, and sometimes treats life very cheaply. But nevertheless, this same government makes a very comprehensive promise for the public health security of its population. It won't come at any surprise to know that the chinese population takes that extremely seriously.
