Tuberville Holds Up Nonpolitical Military Promotions

Sen. Tom Tuberville is holding up 280 nonpolitical military promotions, says CNN's John Defterios. The hold has been going on since February and affects more than two-thirds of the nation's military officials. Some senators see it as an abuse of Tuberville's prerogative to slow things down for his own political gain, Defterios says.
