Are You Saying That Merrick Garland Waits for the State Cases to Move Forward?

I've always been skeptical that he would pull the trigger on, on an indictment, you know, just temperamentally. The fact that he's moved this slowly shows that he's agonizing over this decision. He was waiting for the election to be over because it wouldn't have been right to do it before. But I don't see a world where Merrick Garland can't go forward with the fake elector, that not the fake electors, the documents case.
