With an absentabolic Katie, what you can do is I'm assuming twice at least two, two days a week. Do cardio and the way you decide that is based off of the activities you're going to do. You might have a week where you're only going to go on one or two hikes this week. And then my recommendation would be to put later on maybe get symmetry. That was an advanced version for three but I would do the one or two and keep it there.
