John Smith is a career prosecutor. He has worked at the ICC and now is back there in Kosovo as what's called a specialist prosecutor. So this is clearly somebody who is very much a creature of both US and international justice systems. And he definitely fits kind of what we might have been looking for in terms of someone who was really could be trusted to be serious, professional, nonpartisan in conducting these investigations.
