There's a sense among the tech elite, I'd say, and also some disenchanted Democrats that democratic governance has failed. And now the important thing is that people like Sachs are putting their money behind their ideas. There's a lot of money going from teal and Sachs and other people kind of in the PayPal mafia network,. including Keith Robois who helped yell those homophobic slogans at Stanford.
