The Importance of Cadence in Performance
Cadence is a lever that I'm very likely to pull if someone's having issues at the level of the hip, the knee or the foot and ankle. Runners feel very defeated if they can't start an end or run continuously. If you have a treadmill, it can be particularly helpful. And now treadmill probably caused someone to turn their feet over a little bit faster in the first place. But it's a great instrument because you can really zoom in on step rate, really training.
