Keep a spread sheet of people, you know, like in trust, that are in and around your industry. I did that for years, and it was super beneficial, because i wasn't like, crap, what was that guy's name? John or jimmy,. The next question i'm glad that we're focusing on an higher cause is how to scale the sstem firclients. You talk about putting a job description in place so you know what kind of things are going to go over when you take someone on. But when you have somebody taking them through your internal board, make sure they can do their own due diligence as well.
